Fabulous Valentine's Party

This morning we celebrated Valentine's Day with all our Fabulous friends. The kids all came dressed in pink and red, there were pancakes, syrup, donuts, and other sweet treats, and of course Valentine cards. It was such a fun morning. Sean ate up the whole place and Caityn had fun running around with all her friends.

After seeing Tutumonkey's Friday Flashback, I couldn't resist posting another one. I had the same glasses, but in blue!

Friday Flashback

This photo was taken just about a year ago. It was the night that we brought Sean home from the hospital, and it was the first time Caityn got to "hold" her new baby brother. This weekend we are celebrating Sean's first birthday!

Got Milk?

Now that Sean is starting to drink cow's milk, our fridge is well stocked with a variety of different milks. We each drink a different kind. See if you can guess who drinks each type of milk.

Morning Snuggles

The last couple of mornings, Caityn has been cuddling her brother as they sit in the living room watching TV. It's so cute to see, and Sean doesn't mind....as long as she doesn't squeeze him too hard.

Friday Flashback

This photo was taken right before Caityn's first birthday. Now we have another birthday baby coming up on one year in just over a week! I can't believe Sean is almost one year old already. I think they look a lot like each other, but most people tell me that Caityn looks like me and Sean looks like Abel.

Bath Buddies and a Piano Duet

Sean is finally back to liking a bath. For a good month or so, he would only stand in the bathtub and cry. He seemed too afraid to sit in the water for some reason. And whenever I would try to wash his hair, the little stinker would hold his head over the edge of the tub, so that the water I poured on his head would end up on the bathroom floor. Thanks Sean! Well, he finally decided that bath time is fun. So now he and Caityn are still getting lots of water on the floor with all the splashing going on, but at least he is sitting in the tub again and loving it!!



Both kids have taken a liking to the piano. I think it might be time to think about piano lessons for Caityn. She likes to pretend she is playing songs and singing. Here she is really getting into the song she's singing. Sean is not so sure about his sister's musical talents.
